We want to ensure that as a customer of our software, you are able to utilise it to its maximum potential. We charge a one-time fee to assist with the initial setup of trial database, provisioning of reports, user training and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during this phase.

We are able to provide online remote assistance and training to users via secure screen sharing technologies.

Scorekeeper has been developed by following the modern Responsive web application design techniques. It can be accessed and run on all device sizes, whether desktop, tablet or a mobile.

Every user, who is able to login and access the application, is included in the count up to the total number of subscribed users.

We count only those users towards your subscribed plan who have an 'active' status in the system. Once you reach the maximum number of 'active' users in the system, you will be unable to add any new users.

To add more users, either existing user/s can be set to 'inactive' status or contact us to change your subscription to another suitable plan.

We accept the following payment methods: All the major credit cards (excluding debit cards) - Visa, Master Card and American Express. We utilise Stripe payment gateway for credit card payments.

We add client information in our online business system that allows us to setup subscription and payment details for a recurring charge to the nominated credit cards. An invoice is automatically generated on the billing due date and emailed to the account manager.
